立地は最高で繁華街にもすぐに出掛けられます。 我が家は車で向かってのですが、ホテルまで車が乗り付けられないので、駐車場から凸凹とした石畳をスーツケースを自分で運ぶ必要がありました。（これはホテルのせいではありません） お部屋は、アメニティも含め綺麗に整えられていましたが、エアコンが壊れていたのが殘念でした。

Helpful and approachable staff! Limited WiFi with no English speaking TV channels! Heating would have been helpful as one day very cold! We have had a great few days! Thank you!

位置超級方便，下公交後走路幾分鐘就到。房間設施完善齊全，服務態度好，可以寄存行李。樓下餐廳選擇多。

It’s a beautiful hotel full of history and close to all the landmarks. The service is professional. If you drive and need a carpark, make sure that you ask them for a discount daily pass.

定的家庭房，房間很大，兩個雙人床可以睡4個人，兩個衣櫃，馬桶有單獨的房間，衞浴維護得很乾凈。位置超級方便，就在城門口，門口就是餐館一條街。大堂裝飾得很漂亮，這裡還是法國知名作家的故居，是個有豐富底蘊的老房子。夏天晚上老城開的音樂到午夜以後，喜歡安靜的儘量要海景房

In our 10 days (and 8 more to go) journey in Brittany/Normandy, this is probably the worst service we got. Am I feel very sorry about that, as the hotel building is gorgeous and the location in the intra-mutos city is fabulous. But. The service at reception was terrible. We reached the hotel and the two young receptionists stood there talking to each others for a good 2 min without greeting or any basic look. Then we were obviously bothering them asking how to drive back to the parking and walk back intra-muros…. To welcome 2 Malaysian tourists… this is extreme rudeness. The only smile we received was when we came back to the reception after parking and a senior employee welcomed us, and actually also spoke in English. Note that at that time, the junior was still making face on the back of her counter. Moving on in the evening, upon finishing dinner at the in-house restaurant, the same young employee came across our path (out of the elevator) and yet again missed smiling or greeting (which I guess is not of her politeness habits); demonstrating yet again of an extremely poor customer care level. Again, let me say that the building, the hotel is gorgeous. An ancient maison de maître, looking like a famous/architectural monument. But the bedrooms need renovation, the carpet was run down, the bathroom bathtubs knots were missing their covers (showing screws), there is no glass/curtain at the bathtub and the toilet paper is rather rough….. So need a bit of attention on the care and style provided to this gorgeous hotel. The F&B was - with the architecture - the highlight of our stay. Superb dinner venue, superb breakfast venue. The food was good. One note: the gentleman at breakfast service was smiling, helpful, caring.
